VibeSmack.com only accept payment via PayPal for our customers' data security and privacy. We will never ask you for your bank account or credit/debt card details, your payment is always on a per-order basis; any refund, should it occur, would be made to you via PayPal. For the purpose of maintaining quality of service, we collect recipient name and delivery address for each order, information collected will not be shared for any purpose with any other company, invididual or government.

Information for Customers
Customers can check details on each order，Finecasts.com provides customers with order and account management facilities via secure Customer Control Panel which is authenticated with the latest technology. Customers are advised to keep their password and id in a secure place and never give them to anybody, including FineCasts.com customer services. If you suspect your account has been breached, or require assistant on using the Customer Control Panel, please contact us without hesitation.
