(Finnalytics) grants you a limited, non-exlcusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable right to access and make non-commercial use of these VibeSmack digital tracks.
You are allowed to extend these tracks to your preference (except for advertisement or items of an advertisement nature), there is no further restriction on copyright or sales provided that no part of VibeSmack Race Track files is included in such activities.

NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS

You expressly agree that due to the nature of digital content and multiple validation and confirmation measures during the payment process, payment made for purchasing VibeSmack digital race track(s) is not refundable.
